Hands

Cleaning Games for Kids: Hands

Number of Players: 2+ (see below for rules for two players)

How to:

All players stand in a circle. One player starts by secretly choosing an item in the room that needs to be put away and pretends to hold that object in their hands. The player then manipulates the imaginary object in their hands in such a way that they give the other players clues to help them guess what the mystery object is. The first player that guesses the object correctly gets to be the next player to choose an object. If you have three players, the player that did not guess the item correctly, puts that item away. If you have more than three players, the player that guessed the item correctly chooses which player puts the mystery item away while all other players (other than the player that guessed correctly) each pick up and put away a random item.

Variations:

  • If there are only two players, the player that chose the object puts that object away while the player that guessed the object chooses a new object.
