How to:
Choose one player to be the “mother” first. The other players take turns asking, “Mother may I ____?” followed by a question about an object or objects to be picked up. For example, the question could be, “Mother may I pick up two things?” or “Mother may I pick up five things that are blue?”, etc. The first person to pick up 20 things is the new “mother” and a new round starts.
